Now I know its nothing to do with it. I pick my bitcoin, im shown a fee, I press pay, the screen refreshes and the invoice is now a receipt that has shows a HIGHER fee than what saw before pressing pay. Which is quite a jump for the 30 is kraken legit seconds its taking me to load the till, and press pay.

So the work is complete but I would not use again. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews on here I use them and it works great. I don’t withdraw much I just buy and ship crypto around for like 6 months now and have no problem.
Their AI chatbot keeps closing my requests and saying there’s already an open ticket, preventing me from speaking to an actual agents. I’ve also emailed customer support multiple times, but I’ve received absolutely no response.It’s utterly ridiculous. Kraken makes depositing easy, but withdrawing funds is nearly impossible. The way they treat their clients is completely unacceptable.

I went back and forth with the team alot on issues (time change was also a pain). For example when they made the changes live there were some issues conflicting with the theme. That is the devs job to implement correctly, not mine. I think I paid a bit too much for what I got, but it does meet the minimum requirement for what I asked for.

- The project manager recommended that I use an e-commerce theme instead of a price comparison theme, this was obviously a mistake.
- That was my fault I should have gone into greater depth on exactly what was needed.

Great product for a very reasonable price
They tried to claim that items in the original project brief weren’t included when they were plainly visible in the same Zendesk chat that they were using while denying the brief. They also may give you a range for payment but ignore the lower number since they automatically charge the most they can for their poor development work. Cheap, Fast customer support, Great Performance, I can’t list an issue I have with Kraken Hosting. So I’ve had very little prior experience with the gaming side of using servers but quite a heavy side using it for work…
